​HHH sorting service takes all the bending, lifting, and climbing out of going through your belongings. I'll pull things out of cabinets and closets, help you chose what to keep and what to release, put back wanted items neatly or pack them for moving, load unwanted items in my vehicle, and take them away!

I offer resale services as well. Enjoy your fresh, comfortably curated home with some cash back!
Sorting
Sorting is offered in 4 hour blocks. The client can have as much or as little involvement in this process as they want.
It includes offsite donation and recycling runs that must be done throughout the day to keep the process going. It does not include the last run of the day; I do that on my own time so I can be extra picky about where I take those items.

Each job is unique, to best estimate your needs, book a free 1hr consultation. But for reference, to completely empty a fully furnished home with no client involvement, it takes me about 8 hours per room. If the client needs help making decisions about what to keep, it takes longer.

Selling
HHH offers good condition items to local resale shops before donating. This is done “off the clock” and 50% of proceeds are returned to the client. All unsold items are donated to non-profits or directly to community members as mutual aid. There is no charge for this service.

HHH can host a sale at the client’s home. I stage, advertise, and operate the sale, then haul and donate unsold, unwanted items. I price to move, and have proven success with this strategy. The fee for this service is the greater of $200 or 20% of sales.
